Change a price or add a keepsake and every partnered practice picks it up straight away. No emailed PDFs going out of date in someone’s inbox, no vet quoting last winter’s numbers — QoLly applies each vet’s own margin on top, so the family sees the vet’s price and you always get yours.
When the vet marks a case ready, the handoff lands with you complete: pet, species and weight, the family’s contact details, the chosen service and keepsakes, the vet’s note, and where to collect. No re-keying into your own system, no phone tag to find out what’s coming in.
Mark each pet received, completed and returned, and the vet watches it move in their own case view — so when a family asks where things are at, whoever they ask has a real answer. Every step is timestamped along the way, and the record keeps itself.
